Export Plan Optimisation

A monthly export plan was rebuilt around one structured input rather than a collection of manual downstream steps.

Workflow

The planning structure linked sales requirements to lots, invoice allocation, production, packing and dispatch summaries. This made plan changes faster to absorb and reduced repetitive rework.

Outcome

Preparation time reduced from roughly six hours to about one hour, while the logic remained transparent enough for PPC users to maintain and adjust.
